Living life in a way that is authentic requires honesty, not that we intentionally lie to ourselves.  It's the structures that have conditioned the way we live our lives, that leads to limiting ourselves and not believing that we can truly have what matters most to us.  This month I invite you to reflect on what truly matters to you, what

is most in alignment with you, and develop a clear vision of your desire.  Let go of what you think is possible and focus on what it is you truly want deep down.  This is the first step to actually creating a more authentic and satisfying life.

One of my core values has always been just this, living true to myself and what matters to me in my life.  A Reiki Life, LLC came into being because of this alignment with my higher self and the life force that flows through me.  "Reiki" (the word) means "Universal Life Force," the force of all creation, the force that animates all living things, and a force that wants to be expressed in life.  Living with an intentional connection to this source energy is "living A Reiki Life" so to speak.

I love how my Reiki practice and connection to something bigger than myself is always guiding me personally and professionally.  The foundation of my business, or the umbrella over it, is called A Reiki Life, LLC.  Under this umbrella, A Reiki Life Academy® was born.  Now I'm excited to announce another branch that is taking shape in my "Reiki Life", called Imagery Insights.  I feel so much joy in my heart as this new venture comes into being, and I hope you will love all that I will be offering with Imagery Insights.

Imagery Insights is a new division of A Reiki Life, LLC and will exist along with A Reiki Life Academy®.  The services I'm offering will be changing up a bit with everything Reiki staying under A Reiki Life Academy®, and the more mind-body and imagery type under Imagery Insights.  Below are some more details on Imagery Insights.  More updates on this are coming soon.

I'm super excited about the creation of this new business division, Imagery Insights.  Here I will be offering a variety of services that tap into the power of imagery, and the full sensory experience, to increase the amount of insight and understanding that can be gained from this work.

The primary focus of Imagery Insights is the use of imagery, in its various forms, to produce a collection of insights.  This type of work has many layers.  Once you begin, you start to peel away the layers, moving toward the heart of what is really important to you.

I'm taking my decades of mind-body education and experience, and bringing it to you in a more focused way, to empower you with tools to connect to your inner wisdom and to find harmony within yourself and your life.  I want to support you in creating and having the most authentic and wonderful life possible.  I truly value providing the types of tools that produce real and lasting positive change.

The website for Imagery Insights is scheduled to launch early November, along with the announcements of the specific services offered, and the workshops that will start in January.  Lots of good things unfolding!
