For All In-Person Sessions:Masks are required, covering both your mouth and your nose at all times, and a touchless hand sanitizer is available upon entering the office. Please reschedule any appointments you may have should you present with symptoms of any illness. In addition, if you have been directly or indirectly exposed to COVID-19, traveled, participated in a group gathering, or have not been masking in public please reschedule until you are certain you have not been infected. Thank you for doing your part to keep us all healthy.
Session Policies: Sessions are paid for at the time of service. Cash and most major credit cards accepted. A 24 hours cancellation policy applies to all appointments The credit card used to hold your appointment will be charged if you do not show up for your appointment or if you do not not cancel within this period. A session is deducted from pre-purchased session packages for less than 24 hour notice, or no show. If you have a gift certificate and do not show up or cancel your appointment with at least a 24 hour notice the certificate is considered redeemed. Note: I am waiving the 24 hour cancellation policy if illness or exposure to COVID-19 is the reason you need to reschedule. Please notify me as soon as possible,
A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. FOR VIRTUAL SESSIONS: payment is processed (with the card used to hold the appointment) approximately 1-hour prior to the scheduled appointment time.
NOTE:Credit Cards are used ONLY TO HOLD your appointment. Payment may be in the form of cash, credit card, or gift certificate at your appointment. For Virtual appointments, the card used to hold your appointment is charged approximately 1-hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please read the session policies above.
