Affirmations are statements that affirm something as true in the present moment. To affirm is to state that something is true. Affirmations can truly be a powerful way to bring about something positive in your life.

For this first guided practice, have the affirmation statement you are working with either memorized or posted in front of you so you'll be able to read it.
This second practice will use imagery and affirmations, with an emphasis on balancing the energy centers. Have the affirmation you're working with memorized or near by so you can read it.
